PC’s View Entries browse also provides an easy and efficient method for creating exports. By clicking on the Drop-Down lists, you can display and export your data to one of the common formats included with T.E.A.K.. Let us know if the format you require is not listed below.

Included with the T.E.A.K. installation are the following export formats:

  Excel 5.0 (XLS)
Word for Windows document		  

The following formats are available from this website for free. The first of the three download files includes the following export formats and can be downloaded by clicking HERE:

  Disk file destination
MAPI format (Microsoft Mail, Microsoft Exchange)
Microsoft Exchange Public Folders
Crystal Reports format 16bit
DIF format
ODBC data source
Record format
Rich Text Format
Comma Separated Values format
Text format
Lotus 123 format

The second download file includes the following export formats and can be downloaded by clicking HERE:

  HTML format  

To use these files do the following:

  1. Exit out of T.E.A.K.
  2. PKUNZIP files into your \Windows\System directory
  3. Start T.E.A.K.

The third download file includes a "data dump" report format. This report includes all of the data for each entry selected without headings. The download includes a text file describing each of the fields. The "data dump" report format can be downloaded by clicking HERE:

To use the "data dump" report format do the following:

  1. Exit out of T.E.A.K.
  2. PKUNZIP file into your T.E.A.K. directory (i.e. C:\Program Files\T.E.A.K.)
  3. Start T.E.A.K.
  4. Click on the Report Menu option and you will see Export.
