I'd like to pass along an interesting way that I'm using TEAK beyond the standard billing and expense stuff. As a coach in a recreational league, you try to play the kids an equal amount of time. This way, all the kids get equal time and parents don't feel that their child is being treated unfairly. Now I use TEAK to accomplish this.

I spend a huge amount of time traveling and without TEAK at my side, it would be virtually impossible to accurately track my mileage and expenses. Thanks for a great product and equally impressive service.

I love TEAK.

As a consultant, I could not keep up with all my expenses that I charge back to clients without it. It probably saves me $100 to $200 per month in expenses I would otherwise forget about.

Every month I have to produce about 6 to 10 invoices for my various clients all over the U.S. This used to take the better part of a day. Now it takes less than one hour to produce excellent, professional, and detailed invoices for my clients.

I can’t imagine life without TEAK !!!

I’m a self-employed information systems consultant. TEAK helps me track the time I spend with each client, on which projects, performing which tasks. TEAK has been a huge help in many ways, but most particularly with invoicing my clients. When I send my clients an invoice I print the Client Report directly from TEAK and attach it to my invoice. My clients know what they are being billed for.

Before I had TEAK the invoicing process would take me 6-8 hours to compile all that information, produce and mail the invoices. With TEAK the process takes me 60 minutes. Like I said, I couldn't imagine living without TEAK.

As a partner in a money management and Registered Investment Advisory firm, I need to keep track of my billable hours when preparing fee based financial planning. The TEAK program and intuitive interface requires a learning curve measured in minutes, which were both enjoyable and easy. TEAK keeps track of each client project, providing a detailed breakdown of time spent on specific tasks at the tap of the plastic pen. Editing is a breeze if you forgot to enter a task, or took a break from a task, or failed to turn on or off the automatic timer, and you can edit directly to the PalmPilot or desk computer. The comprehensive selection of detailed reports for time, mileage and expense are excellent, and the graphical reporting quickly highlights which client, or project, or task has taken the most time. TEAK is a very strong management tool and it fills my needs exactly.

I like to use the Auto portion of the program because it allows me to key in my beginning mileage at the start of the day and ending mileage when I get in the car to go home. It eliminates having to write down mileage daily, total the month's worth, and then put it in a report.

Thanks for the new update. I am an independent contracting health care practitioner and have used this program the last few months with ease. I changed the Client/Project/Task to Physician/Hospital/Procedure and it works just fine.

... I really enjoy using TEAK. It has more potential than I've begun to tap. It's a great application.

Thank you for your speedy transmissions. For what it is worth, the PalmPilot, for me, was a godsend. It eliminated the bulky Franklin Planner, yet allowed me to keep track of what I needed. TEAK is a great interface between the Pilot and my PC. Like you, I work with computers and software (mostly troubleshooting NT and internet apps), so I can appreciate how hard you must work in coding a good product. With good marketing strategy, TEAK should be a winner!

As a busy, mobile bankruptcy attorney, I rely heavily on my PalmPilot. Of all my applications, TEAK is the only one I find indispensable! I've tried the others - TEAK is a must-have program for all time and expense billing professionals.

This is a great program that will save me from hours of work doing my invoicing by hand. I also like how I can use Crystal Reports to modify/add new reports. This is a great feature. Keep up the good work (and great tech support)!

I would like to compliment you on a great app for the Pilot. After I had my Pilot for a couple of weeks, I began looking for something that would do exactly what TEAK does. (Although I didn't quite know that when I started looking.) When I ran across the way you handled timers, I knew I had found what I needed.

The TEAK software is working great. It has already paid for itself, in just a few short days, due to not losing billable time and mileage.
